Yes! 1:1 Coaching is offer in 3 different packages. Nutrition. Fitness, and a Bundle which includes Fitness and Nutrition. I generally suggest clients start with the Bundle package with to ensure all around health to kickstart your journey. Yes! Payment plans are available on all packages. Paying in full comes with a discount however, I know sometimes paying in full isn't the best option, so I offer 3-month payment plans throughout the course of coaching.
Coaching is different for very clients. Together, we will evaluate your needs and goals to come up with a customized plan. I am certified in Macros Mentorship (nutrition), NASM (fitness), and Health Mindset Coaching (mental). With these three certifications, I am trained to help clients effectively reach their goals. Over the course of 12-weeks, I will work one-on-one with you to leap over hurdles through calls, chats, activities.
1:1 coaching is for anyone that is willing to put in the work towards their goals. I successfully help my clients reach their goals, but I can't physically put in the work for you. I work with individuals of all ages, genders, weights, fitness levels, etc. If you are wanting to feel and look your best and want to put in the effort, my 1:1 Coaching is for you!
Each session or coaching call will be different based on your goals. It will vary based on if we are focusing on nutrition, fitness, or both. Some calls will heavily focus on mindset whereas some will be more activity and discussion based. Between calls, you will receive activities and support to continue working towards your goals.
